Requisitos

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS - What You Will Do

  1. Degree in social sciences or human resources
  2. At least two years experience in global company.
  3. Computer skills: knowledge of office applications, specifically Excel, familiarity with human resource management system is an advantage, knowledge in sourcing candidate in social networks.
  4. Excellent english level – speaking and writing.
  5. Recruitment, selection and addmission of employees: Locating candidates in various tools according to job description, screening resumes, conducting interviews, preparing employment agreements and hiring employees.
  6. Wages and Remuneration: Operation of a human resources and attendance system, handling day to day issues.
  7. Organizational Welfare: Responsibility for the implementation of the annual welfare plan.
  8. On-going support in employees: Direct contact with all employees of the organization, help in resolving conflicts and personal problems.
  9. Documentation and management of employee files.
  10. Responsibility for the implementation of the organization annual training program.
  11. Overall responsibility for conducting in accordance with labor law during the employement cycle. Use of forms and writing agreements according to law.
  12. Direct contact with the company HQ in all HR matters. Act according to HQ guidance.
