Requisitos
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS - What You Will Do
- Degree in social sciences or human resources
- At least two years experience in global company.
- Computer skills: knowledge of office applications, specifically Excel, familiarity with human resource management system is an advantage, knowledge in sourcing candidate in social networks.
- Excellent english level – speaking and writing.
- Recruitment, selection and addmission of employees: Locating candidates in various tools according to job description, screening resumes, conducting interviews, preparing employment agreements and hiring employees.
- Wages and Remuneration: Operation of a human resources and attendance system, handling day to day issues.
- Organizational Welfare: Responsibility for the implementation of the annual welfare plan.
- On-going support in employees: Direct contact with all employees of the organization, help in resolving conflicts and personal problems.
- Documentation and management of employee files.
- Responsibility for the implementation of the organization annual training program.
- Overall responsibility for conducting in accordance with labor law during the employement cycle. Use of forms and writing agreements according to law.
- Direct contact with the company HQ in all HR matters. Act according to HQ guidance.
