Overview

  HR Manager duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management. Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. Be responsible for daily HR management tasks. OUR CLIENT: IMPORTANT CORPORATION SUBSIDIARY FOCUS ON RENEWABLE ENERGY  

Requisitos

DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB

  1. At least 8 years work experience in HR . Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  2. Rich knowledge and methodology in HR management.
  3. Familiar with local HR regulation and legal regulations in Colombia and the region.
  4. Hands-on experience in organizational structure establishment and position definition.
  5. Sound knowledge in employee evaluation methodology and hands-on experiences
  6. Fluency in English & Spanish, Chinese Speaking is a merit.
  7. Establish organizational structure for the company.
  8. Define qualifications and responsibilities for each position.
  9. Formulate internal HR regulation such as: employee evaluation policy, remuneration policies.
  10. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  11. Nurture a positive working environment.
  12. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  13. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  14. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  15. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  16. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
