Overview
Archive or filing Management Secretary is responsible for assembling, cataloguing, preserving and managing valuable collections of historical information. Also has administrative duties and management of company’s DATA ROOM. OUR CLIENT: IMPORTANT CORPORATION SUBSIDIARY FOCUS ON RENEWABLE ENERGY
Requisitos
DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB
- Around 3-year work experience as company secretary.
- Experience in archive or filing management.
- Proficient in MS-Office, Experience in Microsoft SharePoint is preferred.
- Fluency in English & Spanish.
- inquisitive.
- methodical and logical.
- organised, with excellent administrative skills.
- highly IT-literate.
- able to work in a team.
- friendly and able to relate well to a wide range of users.
- excellent verbal communicators.
- able to carry out independent research
- forward-thinking, with an ability to anticipate and prepare for changing uses of archived information.
